“I believe this school is one of the best Middle Schools Akron has to offer. My son went there and by the time he left I saw a great improvement in efforts taken with the students to hold staff and faculty to the same standard as the students. The new Principal (Buckner)is doing a great job. Not to say the former Principal did a poor job. The transition was smooth. This has always be a zero tolerance school. But the report is improving. Although, the secretarial staff should be held by the same standard they hold the students to.”

“I went to this school myself when I was younger, but it has changed. I had one kid there now headed for high school and now I'm pushing another child through there. If I could I would place my child in another better and cleaner school than this one. It was cleaner when I went there and a little better.”
