A the middle school level, politics are taking a toll on morale and the overall excellence is not what it once was. At the middle schoo level, the discipline and skill of the administrations seems to drop off. Middle school stafferrs have misgivings about the current headmaster as do some parents. Quality does seem to have dropped since he arrived. Personnel decisions seem questionable to say the least at times.
